A lot of business in Riyadh happens over coffee rather than across a boardroom table. The lounge was sized for that: soft seating that works for two people and a laptop, a counter for a longer session, and enough separation that neither conversation is overheard.
It is also where most of our tenants meet each other, which turns out to be the part nobody puts in the brief.
